date of birth is needed to verify your eligibility. All information is kept strictly

NECP management will review your application and contact you.
 
Please use your last name as the "username" (omitting any apostrophes). If that name is
already in the patrol database, then simply add the letter "a" at the end of your name.
 
We reserve the right to change your username and password.
 
Under "Join Neighborhoods," please select each neighborhood for which you want to be
(automatically) sent an email containing each new report and "Patrol Times" that is entered
for that neighborhood. Make multiple selections by holding down the CTRL key and clicking
on the neighborhood names.
